Sakhi Ledger AI को SAKHITECH DIGITAL PRIVATE LIMITED संचालित करती है। यह नीति वेबसाइट और संबंधित ऐप सेवाओं पर लागू होती है।

2. Information / कौन-सी जानकारी

आपके उपयोग के अनुसार मोबाइल नंबर, लॉगिन, दुकान की जानकारी, ग्राहक-सप्लायर विवरण, बिल, कैशबुक, स्टॉक, चुने हुए फोटो/स्कैन और सहायता अनुरोध शामिल हो सकते हैं।

3. Purpose / उपयोग का उद्देश्य

जानकारी का उपयोग लॉगिन, बिलिंग, लेजर, ऑर्डर, रिपोर्ट, उपलब्ध होने पर बैकअप/रिस्टोर, सुरक्षा और सहायता के लिए किया जाता है।

4. App permissions / ऐप अनुमतियाँ

कैमरा बिल या उत्पाद फोटो स्कैन करने, कॉन्टैक्ट ग्राहक चुनने, लोकेशन संबंधित फीचर के लिए और माइक्रोफोन उपलब्ध व उपयोग किए जाने वाले वॉइस फीचर के लिए माँगा जा सकता है।

5. Storage and sharing / डेटा स्टोरेज

सिंक चालू होने पर डेटा डिवाइस या जुड़े सर्वर पर रह सकता है। होस्टिंग, SMS, संचार या पेमेंट सेवा प्रदाता आवश्यक सेवा के लिए सीमित डेटा प्रोसेस कर सकते हैं।

6. Security / सुरक्षा

उचित एक्सेस कंट्रोल और सुरक्षित कनेक्शन का उपयोग करने का प्रयास किया जाता है। इंटरनेट पर पूर्ण सुरक्षा की गारंटी नहीं दी जा सकती।

7. Retention and deletion / डेटा हटाना

अकाउंट और संबंधित डेटा हटाने का अनुरोध Delete Account पेज या सपोर्ट से करें। पहचान की पुष्टि की जा सकती है। कानून के अनुसार कुछ रिकॉर्ड रखना आवश्यक हो सकता है।

8. Payments / भुगतान

भुगतान की जानकारी उपलब्ध भुगतान विधि के अनुसार अधिकृत प्रदाता या सत्यापन प्रक्रिया से संभाली जा सकती है। सपोर्ट को UPI PIN या OTP न दें।

9. Children / बच्चों की गोपनीयता

यह बिजनेस मैनेजमेंट सेवा बच्चों को लक्षित नहीं है। बच्चों के डेटा से जुड़ी चिंता होने पर सपोर्ट से संपर्क करें।

10. Changes / बदलाव

ऐप, डेटा उपयोग या कानून बदलने पर नीति अपडेट की जा सकती है। नवीनतम संस्करण इसी पेज पर प्रकाशित होगा।

2. Information processed

Account details such as registered mobile number, OTP verification status and business profile details.

Information you enter, including customer and supplier names, contact details, balances, invoices, inventory, transactions and reports.

Images and documents you choose to scan, attach or upload, such as receipts, bills and product photos.

Technical and diagnostic details necessary to maintain the service, where collected.

Payment-related details such as plan, transaction reference and payment status when a payment is made. Payment credentials are handled by the relevant payment provider, where applicable.

4. App permissions

Camera: scanning bills, barcodes, QR codes and capturing photos when you initiate these features.

Contacts: selecting contacts for customer or supplier records when you choose to use contact selection.

Location: location-based business or staff functions where available and enabled.

Microphone: voice-related features only if provided in the installed app version.

Files / photos: selecting, saving or sharing documents, invoices and images.

Permissions depend on the app version and device. The actual Android permissions, any background access, and the Google Play Data safety form must accurately match the released build. You may manage permissions in your device settings.

5. Storage, backup and access

Information may be stored on your device and, when enabled, on the service's hosting or cloud systems to support synchronization and recovery. Authorized access should be restricted to what is needed for operations and support. Availability and backup behavior depend on the active service configuration.

6. Sharing and third parties

Information may be processed by providers necessary for hosting, OTP delivery, payment processing, support and communication features, as applicable to the features you use. When you intentionally share an invoice or message through WhatsApp or another app, the recipient and that service handle the shared content under their own policies. We do not describe customer data as being sold as part of our business model.

8. Data retention and deletion

Account and business records are retained as necessary to provide the service, meet legal or accounting obligations, handle disputes and maintain security. To request account and associated data deletion, visit Account & Data Deletion. We may verify account ownership and retain limited information when required by applicable law. The exact retention and backup deletion schedule must be confirmed by the operator before publishing this as a final policy.
